Being appointed an assistant librarian and assist marketing
I have a good working relationships with my co-workers, we work as a team and we learn a lot from each other. I have learnt a lot especially during marketing period, how to intact with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I love and enjoy talking to people and helping them where I can.
Pros: Getting an opportunity to learn more and explore other faculties within the company.
Cons: Working long hours without pay.

It has been an excellent learning curve for me ,my job it’s a bit challenging and demanding ones to be fully committed and dedicated.you need to be people’s person and know how to deal with people

High technology
Good for first time employees to gain more experience. Surrounded with friendly people, willing to help if you have problems and always checking if you are okay. We always have something new to do, dealing with different job and different people. It is a relaxed place to work at. Its just that they do not pay the interns and the amount of work done is too much for us not to be paid. But other than the payment issues its a good place to work in.

I am highly organised trainable, adjust well as the best.
The company has expertise, character and good communication to all staff to feel valuable asset in your field of work and they make significant contribution towards the growth of the working environment using good communication, interpersonal skills and computer skills. They have higher level of performance for the mutual benefits of company goals and individual goals mainly in professional field of work

Excellent learning curve
working at Richfield is an opportunity to grow because I have exposed to so many things that i did not get an opportunity to do before. i know how to market the institution effectively and successfully, I got an experience to do almost all the administration work. I also enjoy lecturing as I am lecturing as well.

- a good and eco friendly environment to work in -i had such a wonderful experience working in this company and of course they were challenges like any other company can have but we having a good team makes things easier and fun to work

No room for growth
Working there did not help me kick start my career. I was doing meaningless tasks all year round and that didn't help me grow and be ready for the workplace or corporate world.

Gained experience and learnt a lot
Gained experience and learnt a lot but the salary is really limiting my everyday expenses. But the workingredients hours a quiet long without being paid for them.
