Excellent exposure to working with people.

Learnt a lot from my supervisors .The working hours were tedious but I learnt a lot from working long hours.I also learnt a lot about communicating with different people from different backgrounds.

Good experience but less money

The company teaches people to multi task and to work under pressure but does not compensate them properly. There is no room for growth if you not in the good books of the managers. Sometimes takes the whole day without going out for lunch and we are required to work from Monday to Saturday through out the year. Everyday it's a hectic day with lots of queries and students complaining

Excellent learning curve

Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology is a tertiary learning institution that allows people even the full time workers to continue with their studies via distance learning and also gives platform to new Graduates a steppingstone to a work field.

I have learnt how to work with angry clients.

when I first got this internship I was a passive kind of person but because of the environment that I work in I'm now subjective. i'm now able to print, Photocopy, File AND Scanning OFFICE DOCUMENTS UPDATING & MAINTAIN THE HOLIDAY, ABSENCE AND TRAINING RECORDS OF STaff

Pros: most of people who are working here do gets promotions
Cons: there are no promises that i will get the job after the internship

I gain valuable work experience.

I enjoyed working here because it was my college and this made it easy for me to get along with the employees which is good to produce a conducive working environment!

typical work day, learning a lot , good relationship with co workers, nothing i enjoy, expected to do everything no matter is in line with job description or not.

Work intergrated programme

The experience was good i got to learn a few things about the work placr though it was only for a few months. The employees of the company are easy to work with and have patience when it comes to us trainees.
