I am a hard worker and my campus manager offen gives me complex tasks

Well is it fun to work at the company i am working, Each and everyday i learn and explore new things All of my co-workers like me so much, because what they ask me to do i do. I have learned to be patient with students while lecturing them. what i like the most is spending time with the students The challenging aspect about the job is to learn more than 5 programming language

Great study opportunities

Working with our employees has been rewarding. We have an amazing workforce. We are afforded valuable opportunities to study with full bursaries. Salaries are not great however understandable and in line with us offering affordable fees.

Cons: Working on Saturdays and no pay for overtime only time off

Excellent learning curve

Working at richfield helps me to learn new things everyday and my co-workers makes it easy for me by the way we communicate and help each other if there's something one don't understand . The most challenging part is when im supposed to format all the Computer alone within WEEK and i also have a class to attend

I am highly organised trainable, adjust well as the best.

The company has expertise, character and good communication to all staff to feel valuable asset in your field of work and they make significant contribution towards the growth of the working environment using good communication, interpersonal skills and computer skills. They have higher level of performance for the mutual benefits of company goals and individual goals mainly in professional field of work

Exceptional Work environment

It is exceptional working here since I was a student here and I know most of the ins' and outs'. Even though I am not earning much, but I will grab the experience with both hands. I have learnt how to be professional in a working environment, I have also learned to take my communication,team-work and time management skills up a notch. Easy relationship with my co-workers because we were class mates a short while ago.

im a hardworker and i work well with people. working at richfield taught me to be patient because we work with students. i enjoy my job because it gives me a great opportunity to learn from other people .
