Excellent learning curve
My starts with collection of stats from all sites and compiling it at submitting to head office and coordinator then checking of rejected batches and updating them and resubmit then capture consent forms and follow-up forms into data base. My relationship with co-workers is very good we are a family and always there to be a helping hand and shoulder to cry on we dont judge each other. In the department i am in i have learnt that with the source documents we have there is no reason to submit work late and alot on how to tackle capturing issues and aviod rejection and train others on Capturing in to the data base and having they working speaking for itself. What i enjoy most about my work is finding that my work is in order and i dont have to call clerks when they dont submit and having to validate my work with no errors and logging in and finding no rejections. Having clerks not submitting on time or using correctr format for data and also having to validate mixed forms.
Pros: Great opportunity for dedicated people.
Cons: 8 hours

Horizon Broadening
I can work an 8hour day, weekdays only preferably. I am able to work alone yet can also play in a team with innovation. Work is best done when we share instead of relying on others to do one's duties. I enjoy activity involving type of work so to keep my energy levels stable. Challenge is not having a car but relocation can be an option should a need arise. I also feel that given a chance I can learn more and expand my horizon so to deliver quality in my designated position.
Pros: Learn as much as possible and never miss trainings and/ or courses.
Cons: Working on weekends

IT leadership in NGO environment
The typical working day is filled planning for the department, providing operational oversight, managing spending, stakeholder management, and providing support and leadership to the team. The IT team is cohesive and works as a unit. I have learnt to make difficult and swift decisions in a fast paced environment where variables are ever changing. I enjoy leading a team of committed staff who are ever supportive and creative. The most challenging part of the job is the uncertainty that inherently comes with the NGO environment due to unpredictability of funding.
Pros: Great opportunity to be creative
Cons: Lack of work life balance

Typical day at work
When I get at work i check emails that came in after I left the day before or before I got to work. Reply to email directed at me or needs my attention. Whenever a co-worker comes in and needs help I assist. Help clients that comes in needing info or looking for anything that i can assist with. Typing of documents when/if needed. Making sure that documents typed are correct and read by supervisor/manager before printing. Making sure stationery is sufficient enough.
Pros: Not much opportunity
Cons: Long hours for minimal payment

I have excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, negotiation and computer skills
The working conditions at my current organization are very conducive. We work from 8 to 4h30. Since I have the ability to work in a team as well as individually I find very simple to work with my team even under stressful conditions. I have learnt a lot about the cervical cancer program especially the prevention and treatment thereof. I enjoy being a given tasks with deadline because I find it challenging and I am up for any challenge when it comes to my job. Patients who are lost to follow up make it difficult for us to complete a task for a quarter.
Pros: I am willing to learn at anytime when given an opportunity.
Cons: I am flexible can work shifts and public holidays when required.
