Right To Care Reviews

There's no growth

If you still a junior and want to gain more knowledge and exposure it's definitely not a company to go to, everyone is relaxed, a million are hired to do something that could be done by 2 people, everyone is friendly, working hours are great but there's no overtime payment you get a day (s) off but it cannot be more than 2 days

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Lack of reporting structure

Great at prioritising

I am an admin assistant. My daily tasks are to check emails, and do whatever tasks are requested of me by the project manager, I have to upload leave from staff on ess daily. I have to give feedback about any hr related tasks at our site. It is my duty to communicate any information that came from project manager. I have to keep and type minutes of meetings at a professional level.

Pros: Good admin skills
Cons: I work half day

Rewarding experience with proactive team

I interact and assist patients and colleagues. Where there's a need I help and never allow my work to suffer on the process. I have basic administration skills which allow me to capture and analyse data, with computer skills that I have all is easily executed for I can safely store all data collected with high confidentiality. My day is complete when 1/ more people are fully assisted and can live a better life through my contribution. Doing all in time and going an extra mile also make me proud. Lack of resources makes ones job difficult and many suffer on the process.

Pros: Going an extra mile and being committed to what I do calls for a promotion.
Cons: I can work up ten hours per day so that all can be thoroughly done
