Innovative and self motivated

Typical day will include but not be limited to following up on customer enquiries. Assisting the team to achieve goals though reviewing strategies that worked and those which didn't work. I am an open minded person and I understand that as humans we do have personal challenges at times and I try to ensure that my team understand that so that they can focus at work knowing that we can fully support each other. I enjoy communication and producing results. Managing one aspect of my team from National office becomes a bit challenging, because all I rely on is the CRM report and not being able to see the kind of obstacles they came across.

Pros: Customer satisfation
Cons: No growth and unequal salaries

Fruitful leaning experience

I learned how to improve my communication skills and I am more proficient in completing tasks exeeding expectations. I enjoyed working in teams as I learnt a lot from other members, and working alone also helped to make decisions on my own. My Co workers and I always maintain a professional relationship which made working much easier as we remained objective and not subjective.

Pros: Learning how the actual working environment is like as opposed to textbook.
Cons: My hours for working with them had come to am end because I had to return to school.

Working for Rosebank College

Working for Rosebank College can be a bit of a challenge sometimes especially when we have an internal audit but all in all everything is fine. I do kroll checks (criminal and qualifications), reference checks for will be employees, draft contracts and once a month conduct induction. twice in a month I have to check payroll inputs and check leave entries to ensure they correspond with attendance. I also assist with policies and do filing audit just to ensure everything is perfect. I have good relationship with my co-workers and. What I do not enjoy is when I have to dismiss or invite an employee to a disciplinary hearing but I have learnt to be professional and do that anyway. The most interesting part of my job is when I have to inform a collegue about their promotion .

Pros: The pros of working for Rosebank College are that we have opportunies to study further at the expense of the company and we can be transfered to other campuses or other brands within the IIE provided there are available vacancies. We do free eye tests at the comfort of our own campuses and we attend short skills programmes for empowerment.
Cons: there are no long working hours, but we do work under pressure to produce good results

Pros: there is no room for growth or promotions in this industry

Server Management

I am a very hard working young lady, good at time and stress management, empathy in communication and always ready to learn. I am good in project management, business proposals, business plans, as well as writing an academic proposal, business reports, letters, memoranda and creating effective emails. Developing a good customer relation is one of my priorities and which is why good telephone etiquette is one of the jobs that I do excellently. If I am given a chance to be one of your employees, I will be very glad to accept the opportunity and pledge to do my very best to exceed your expectations.

Pros: Respect
Cons: Maximum of 09 working hours.

Hard working

With my duties of representing the brand, I have to look according to brand I represent and work alongside staff according to the required time frame. I have to be punctual, target driven and dedicated as I'd been taught in all the previous years. I admire seeing how the brand I stand for has a response in the market and assessing more ways to develop it even though we as staff members have to work around competitors which sometimes is a challenge.

Pros: Unique marketing strategies
Cons: Loadshedding & problematic internet access

Learning curve is tough

I have learnt to work well under pressure. I have learnt to work with different people on a daily basis. I have acquired skills and knowledge on how to behave in a working environment. The most challenging aspect of the job is bringing customers and signing up your target in a short period of time that you are given.

Pros: Great opportunity of meeting new people everyday
Cons: People not wanting to sign the contract.
