Having to accept, listen and try to solve everyone's problems or conflicts.
Work is great everyday because I am working exceptionally well with my co-workers. They have tough me a lot about the field it self and I love working with everyone. But I am getting no much of a new challenge anymore like I used to. I now think it's time to grow professionally and financially.
Pros: Get to explore and have new challenge
Cons: Well handle extra hours to meet teams objectives.

Expansion
Good day I am currently working as a Sales Consultant and I would like to be considered for the vacancy on offer, I respect my trade and I think on my feet, I'm a solutions kind of person, not a problem.My communication skills are on par writen and oral, I am computer literate and can handle any stubborn PC trying to ruin a productive day. There is room for growth with me, I like reaching goal specific targets and exceeding them too in the long run, I easily adapt because of the need to assist when needed.

I was a Marketing assistant so it typical work was approaching and assisting customers.
I wIt was exciting and interesting working at Rosebank college. I was a Marketing assistant so it typical work was approaching and assisting customers. I would copy, print and scan often. My Future would interchange between making and answering calls to potential and current customers as well as reception work. I gained skills on how to work with people, treat customers and how to maintain cooperative regardless of how tiring the day is. I enjoyed meeting new people and the challenging would have been assisting more than two individuals at once which became better as time went by.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Working 6 days a week

The experience has helped me become better at delivering speech in front of crowds
A typical day doing tutorials was easy going it was a fun experience because we had to make the children comfortable and therefore we were being ourselves, as co-workers we had meetings outside of the classroom where we all became friends. What I enjoyed most was the joy that came with knowing that the children left there with some basic computer knowledge and I enjoyed when we raised funds to get them lunch and have a movie day at the end of each semester The whole experience taught me confidence in front of a crowd, and helped me realize I had to work on my communication skills

Enjoying communicating with co-workers
rosebank college is a really good company. they hired me to work for a month as a Brand Ambasador. the contract wilend this month. i also did my inservice training in the IT department and gained more comuptter skillsl
Pros: it is a safe environment. We get free snacks in other days. Our Managers are very nice to us.
Cons: the aircon is too cold

Best experience
My I learned so much in my current company, I have learned how effective collections is to a company. I got all my credit control experience at Rosebank College. I do payment allocations, contact debtors and do payment arrangements for those that are going through a bit of a financial crisis. I do invoices to send to relevant sponsors upon request and also do follow up on the settlements. I work with a debtors book of R42 000 000 in rands value which comprises of 2400 student accounts, which includes "not yet due up to 120 days accounts"y
Pros: Excellent learning curve
Cons: Registration periods, last for 3 months...required to work all Saturdays during this period

Environment that I currently work in we work as team
I work for Rosebank College in PMB as a Programme coordinator but started off as a full-time lecturer in the same company but in Durban. The one out of many things that I really loved the work spirits, the teamwork that there was no like I’m a boss and you do what I say but it was more of a team effort, sharing ideas and brainstorming etc. My duty there was to lecturer obviously, but I also had to do some administration like marking, capturing of marks and analyzing and At-Risk management. My duties have sort of changed as a Programme coordinator from being managing all of these tasks for myself but now I also assist with training and developing lecturers and assisting them perform the tasks mentioned above.

Excellent growth
My typical work day Planning Replying my emails Calling Reaching my daily target,my relationship with my colleagues is nit always the best but we get along My learning curve at Rosebank College understanding different characters and putting my customers needs first, It also taught me how to grow mentally I enjoy beingbin a team and the activities that we par-take in and the challenges.My biggest aspect is loosing a sale not being able to convince a person to study with us.

Effective communicate skills, traveling, covid 19 restrictions
It is a great company that is diverse in terms of culture and ethnicity and offers great work experience because of its work environment and well governed people and allows for entry level workers to gain more experience within the company

Good experience
In the company that i work in, we are given tasks individually or in teams.The is high communication between the employees and the employers therefore that makes the working environment much easier and understandable.
