Relationship with co workers was good had its challenges especially working as a team having to report and dealing with different characters Doing of presentations had great impect especially boosting self confidence and interaction

It is okay

It's okay. I can't complain about their work ethics. The leaders treat all employees fairly and employers receive fair minimum salaries. The are some difficult things that people oole face in the work place that aren't been solved. The must be managers who are willing to engage in every situation that occurs.

Great learning experience

It gives one the feel of what it means being a lecturer, the kind of challenges one can get such as non attendance however the good side is you getting to learn all this, making those mistakes but still get a little income from it.

I need a job

I am still a student at Rosebank College, i do not work there. i am looking for a job due to the fact that i have been failing to pay my fees and i a have family to take care of.

Pros: i know how to work well with people. i also prefer to work alone as that helps me focus more on my work.
Cons: i dont have a car

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve and great learning tool to teach one about perseverance. I enjoyed working with my students. I learnt different teaching method to accommodate all of my students.

Excellent chance for development and promotion

My work day is mostly filled with the pleasure of lecturing Auto desk soft wares and learning new skills on a daily basis. I enjoy seating on a fast PCs discovering news ways of draughting and designing.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: The normal working time allowed is 45 hours weekly.

Great place to learn

I had a great experience and a good working relationship with my employer, who taught me a lot about this industry. I am willing to grow and learn more. I enjoy helping others with their technical problems and provide good support. I learned that quality service gives you great exposure.

promotion possible

Team building, technological skills enhanced . Day is too long as it is 10 hours. We are a family though there is cultural diversity. Enjoy much of Training and Development exercises. Objectives not spelt out by Management and Recruitment not transparent.

Cons: less vacation period

Doing this Job has allowed me to build strong and good relationships with people

working at Rosebank college is fun and exciting as we are in a higher education business of changing lives I am able to assist student to make perfect career choices.
