EXCELLENT EXPOSURE

I serve more than seven divisions on contracts drafting and legal advising on corporate governance and related field like risk and compliance. Help from HR, RISK AND COMPLIANCE, MAIL, RETAIL,SCM POSTBANK, TRANSPORT/LOGISTIC AND COMMERCIAL. I Draft, negotiate, vet and review contract, give legal opinions and facilitate the overall contract management.

Pros: execellent field for growth.
Cons: not to much support from executive, we under staff

SAPO`s Business is Financial Services ,Courier, E Business and Postbank.

1.0 I work closely with the Business unit that i currently service (Postbank). I also work closely with the Advertising and Media Agencies to take the product to Market. 2.0 I have a good relationship with co workers and set acceptable standards of work ethic. i regards myself as a peoples man who is approachable and human. 3.0 I have a good knowledge of Operations, Retail and Marketing. 4.0 Currently i enjoy working around creative people and people who come up with good ideas . 5.0 When a plan does not come together or when your team drops you.

Salary need to be increased be on same level with other companies doing the same job

capturing of leave and deal with enquiries, HR Related, union back office work, Good relationship with colleagues team work, hard work makes somebody to learn more about the company, i enjoy challenges and exposure. its really good to work as a team that being left alone for projects that needs team support, we not doing this for our self but for the company

Excellent development period

It has been an excellent period at the post office as I learnt a lot regarding management, especially people management, financial management. This field has taught me to be disciplined financially as I handled cash on a daily basis and understood budgeting and forecasting. I really enjoyed the experienced gained all these years, and the challenges of growing up in the management field. I had a great relationship with my colleagues and I still belive I am their best manager ever. Looking forward to more challenges above what I have been doing all thsese years.

Excellent learning curve

Roll out of all new branches, upgrading and relocation of existing offices, Property and Lease administration. I am managing projects on a turn key basis from conception up to hand-over. Managing project managers and contractors. Evaluating BOQ and tenders.

Excellent

My typical workday is excellent My relationship with co-workers is excellent I have accumulated a vast experience in the procurement environment what I enjoy most is when presenting bid recommendations for approval to the relevant authorities The most challenging aspects of the job is that at SAPO Procurement we are not commodity based which means you learn new things on regular basis.

Pros: High possibility of growth
Cons: We dont have holidays, you need to be ready at all the times even when you are on vacational leave.

WORK HARD AND LEARNED A LOT BUT NEED SOMETHING MORE EXCITING

I ENJOY MY WORK BUT FEEL THAT I AM CAPABLE IN DOING MORE AND LOOKING FOR SOMETHING MORE CHALLENGING BECAUSE I AM VERY COMMITTED AND CAN BE AN ASSET FOR ANY COMPANY
