Excellent growth

A typical workday for me at SAA involved gathering and analysing data to answer specific questions from different departments and also involved monitoring of operations. I had good relationships with my co-workers, I have grown a lot since I joined the organisation, I am now able to work in team effectively and i enjoyed the learning support I received from my managers. The most challenging aspectsof my job was to ensure that everyone understood my research and analysis findings.

Highley motivated ,positive an agent of change

I enjoy working with people ,love to assist and bring meaning and guide other . I believe in team work .Working in an environment were people have integrity loyal and honesty is what keeps me there . I am a self starter and are always positive and keeping the best of other in my mind .I really don't like dishonest people and would rather be honest and upfront . I don't like to promise and keep to it .So not keeping your word is a very great demotivator to me . HR is the right area for me as it brings out the best of me ,I want to be challenge with new things and growth is important to me .

Our company is technically orientated and work must be carried out according to regulations and international standards. The training that we provide is of high calibre and staff are required to undergo extensive theoretical, practical and on job training. Quality of work is of utmost importance.

I have learnt and achieved a lot through the company

So far so good i have been excelling through this company and I have learnt a lot of things. The company Taught me how to send and buy stock and also to receive stock as i was doing stock taking. It even taught me to work with people who are old.

Good professional growth

I have a 7/16 job,work everyday with new cabin crew members.the role I play is to teach them first aid.I must say i am a very patient person who is dedicated to her work and gets on well with fellow colleagues.I have learned to multi task,to make decisions independently and function in a multi functional department.I have worked at Dischem before so all these experience have given me a gud professional growth

Pros: The traveling benefits where good.
Cons: Sometimes I was not told in advance of classes I had to facilitate,I believe in pre planning
