Excellent learning curve

01/08/2011 to 31/08/2020 Reason for Leaving: Retrenchment Duties: • Daily Capturing of invoices on SAP system • Reconciling creditors statements • Analyze invoices, allocate payments on SAP and reconcile • Effective record keeping of transactions, accounts, special journals and payments • Assist Divisional Financial Controller with Year End and Audit requirements • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure all invoices are captured on time • Administrative Duties on SAP ERP System • Prepare and process entries to charge depreciation to correct entries to charge depreciation to correct cost category. • Ensure SAAT cost accruals have been made for PBTH, otherwise prepare and process accruals • Generate TM1 detailed report for Aircraft maintenance

Good learning curve

I am a married woman with 3 kids, and I am very honest person, I can also adapt to different working environment. I have team work experience, I like working in figures and money that is why I did financial accounting from school to university. I am a hard working person. I can work independently or with supervision. I don't take any challenge to my superior except have try to resolve it on my own

Pros: I want to see myself being an chartered accountant in three years to come
Cons: I can long hours only when is necessary.

I work in a fast paced industry,where I interact with customers directly most of the time.

It's a very good company to work for and a good stepping stone.You can learn a lot of valuable lesson to prepare you for the future especially corporate environment

Exciting and fulfilling. To see and explore new places is surreal

Good people to work with and very energetic. It can be tiring but once on the other side, there is a burst of energy that one cannot ignore wanting to just explore the unknown. Fulfilling in knowing you meet so many people and can help along the way

Any day at the office

Working in an airline industry was one of my high lights, a typical working day, The moment you step into your you office you. My relationship with my fellow workers at all 98 stations through out the world was phenomenal. Working with people from all works off live has humbled me and made me more understanding of challenges that individuals face. The challenges that one can face on a daily basis. Everyday its a different challenge. Implementing new systems and updating these systems. Reconciling the accounts in foreign currencies so the the correct Revenue is collected . Fraud detection.

Pros: Making sure that my staff understand how the business operates.
Cons: Trying to make the individual understand how crucial the business. Accountability
