Excellent
SANBS is a very good established company that provide learning opportunities to staff and also plays a very big role in saving human lives ,and it always put the lives of people as I priority ,and also spend a lot of money to make sure that every equipment used Is of a good quality in Oder to provide safety blood during the transfussion

Following on project deliverables and making sure that all stakeholders of the project status
I enjoy engaging stakeholders and making sure that they are involved in all the change management that is required, this including managing their requirements and expectations. I have had great reviews from my peers and management regarding my stakeholder management capabilities for internal and external stakeholders. Mentoring my peers where necessary is very important to me.
Pros: I am very good with stakeholder engagement and stakeholder leadership. I am also a good people influencer. I always teach and mentor people that i belive need guidance

Before earning my B Tech degree in Quality management, I spent the last Five years working as a Medical Technologist, where I gained the experience needed to qualify for this position. I hope to secure a permanent position with a well-established company such as yours, where I can put my experience and skills to good use

It was a great place to build functions
Reached the proverbial ceiling after 12 years. Company also went through a series of disruptive leadership challenges and changes which brought about an unwanted inertia within the executive and senior leadership teams.

I learned a lot with this company. How to work with employees and co workers. Learned how a supervisor work should be done and that he or she is not just your boss or manager but as a support system as well

Its an excellent experience from learning and giving input health issues regarding donating blood
It is a great organisation that always look out for the well being of its people. The executive are real encouraging on staying healthy and always giving insights of what we experience as committee member because we are the bridge between the organisation and the community at large

Lab assistance certificate, computer literate,
I am currently a medical technician, Working as in the blood bank at SANBS,receiving specimens from hospital and perform compatibility testing, type and screening, perform preliminary transfusion reaction. I was also working as lab assistance in the department of microbiology and biotechnology preparing reagents and media for students practical
