I relocated to Middelburg in 2007 coming to work for the above mentioned Company. The over all experience in this company was great. I am a very fast leaner. I am also a good team player. Work life balance was great. There were a lot of opportunities for promotions

Excellent career development

I am always busy as I do notification of viral markers .A normal day includes phoning donors or face to face counselling .I have a very good relationship with colleagues as my job profile includes supporting them .I have grown so much in my career as I did not limit myself , whenever an opportunity present I would grab it by both hands .I have been involved in research projects and formulating of Standard Of Procedures and policies. Travelling is a challenge as I cover the whole Eastern Cape doing counselling which means going to even rural areas.

Perfect way to perform my skills

We collect blood from donors and give its to hospitals for patients who needs it. We work in teams. Team work is very important in the mobile blood clinics. We all have a very good relationship with each other. I have leaned a lot about customer service. The customer is our bread and butter. I enjoy this job for I got to meet a lot of new people every day and se diffrent places every day. The most challenging aspect of my job is to be on time and to make every customer happy.

Offering a good service to client, help to retain good loyal clients return.

Team work helps get the job done well. little things like smiling to clients and giving them gifts as a token of appreciation help to retain loyal clients, recruiting and teaching people what blood donation is all about, performing good phlebotomy excite me, I don't like long hours ang packing in before and after clinic we do in mobiles because you get tired before you start your actual work, beds and tables and chairs are heavy

Quality Orientated

Before earning my B Tech degree in Quality management, I spent the last Five years working as a Medical Technologist, where I gained the experience needed to qualify for this position. I hope to secure a permanent position with a well-established company such as yours, where I can put my experience and skills to good use

I work at a very busy environment,processing human blood. It is very challenging yet exciting and important job since it saves lives everyday. I have learnt to manage my time efficienty. I enjoy making blood components

It was a great place to build functions

Reached the proverbial ceiling after 12 years. Company also went through a series of disruptive leadership challenges and changes which brought about an unwanted inertia within the executive and senior leadership teams.
