Good working environment

Its good working environment with great opportunities within the company, good team work with the colleagues, challenging most of the time which is good because i like challenge and moving around doing different things daily.ive learnt lot from the my current employer and my previous employers.

I supervise 5 Staff members. I work in the Blood bank, where we deal with Patient's lives. I work under pressure, as time is critical due to the nature of my work. I enjoy knowing that, I contribute at saving lives. The most challenges I face at work, is Staff problems (but I have systems in place to resolve these), equipment problems (this is vital to the daily operation of the Lab). I work very well with my co-workers, we are a team.

Pros: Oppotunity to grow with the company.
Cons: Some managers do not appreciate the employees. You can be victimised if you do not stand up for your self.
