I liaise with customers on a daily basis so i now master customer skills, communicating skills and negotiatinh skills.I have excellent relationships with core workers, i can work under pressure and be able to deliver good results.What i enjoy yhe most is the relationship i have with our customers.The most challenging expects of my current job is the long working hours.

Mech fitter
Looking for mechanical Fitter work. Willing to relocate. Working as a rotating fitter on rotating equipment. Currently working for Sasol in Secunda. Willing to work overtime and hard! Day to day task is working on pumps , fin fans , compressors. Good relationship with co workers. Doing standby duties also. Do time to time acting foreman .
Pros: Doing acting foreman and standby
Cons: Working lots of turnarounds a year. 12 hour shifts

I am friendly and socaible.
we work Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30. Friday 07:30 - 14:00 I have a great working relationship with my co-workers and have learnt a lot through my years here. I have also grown as a person. I enjoy working on different systems and cope well with working under pressure. we also have shutdowns which I do work overtime, usually 07:00 - 19:00.
Pros: Its a secure company
Cons: no cons really, i am just look for a way to grow myself further.

Proffesional job experience
im currently working on SAP as a wieghbridge clerk also a despatch controller for a huge company Sasol Secunda, computer and filling is my thing. i did that for more than four years now i gaine d a lot of experience in sasol now i nwant to grow and work not too far from home (witbank) secunda is bid far for me

Excellent learning curve
I am a self-driven person with vision and initiatives. I have a sense of judgment whenever I’m carrying out any duty. I am a hard-working and dedicated person. I take pride in whatever I do and very liable, disciplined and trustworthy person. Self-confident, professionalism and loyal also best describes me. I have a good, organizing, leadership and excellent communication and listening skills and able to handle stressful situations effectively. I firmly believe that through hard work and correct attitude one can achieve success.

Chilled work load. • Provide mechanical engineering plant support to production/maintenance • Ensure governance of practices for the disciplines including monitoring and audits • Develop and justify life extension strategies through engineer out opportunities, improved maintenance practices, refurbishment and renewal • Interpret OHS Act, PER, ASME, API and other health and safety requirements and set site-wide work procedures to achieve required compliance • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize equipment integrity • Manage the Front End Loading and Technical support on Capital Projects • Manage interfaces between other engineering disciplines, maintenance, projects and external technical community to ensure quality service delivery and benchmarking • Deliver a clean safety scoreboard in all the engineering related activities and propose measures to optimize the engineering budget.

I am an investigator and risk officer
I am working on an unpredictable schedule unlike a normal eight hours duty per day, days and hours of my daily duties are differing from day to the next , holidays and weekend are common to me , I do spent days conducting meetings with clients ,investigation of crimes but the next day will be completely different . My relationship with fellow coworkers has played a key role in helping me to form part of investigation and risk team supporting the importance of organizational socialization, as a result of good working relationship we are more likely to share emotional and informational support to achieve our company’s goals I enjoy both team and solo works I am mostly challenged by unpredictable schedules
Pros: an infrastcucture for wllness relatelated to benefit that support employees value,benefit offered on retirements for reason of sickness, dissabilities or death, longworking hours and shutdown

To work with the people that I do, is actually very refreshing.
Working with my colleagues that I have now is a breeze. They have become more than just my colleagues and even friends, in the short time, they have become my family. The position that I had been in, I sat in before for the same section, just as a Senior Clerk. At that time, I sat in the Team Assistant/secretaries place when she went on leave or was off sick... Now that I had just over 6 months experience as a team assistant, I have learned so much.

Excellent lurning curve
As fitter, I focus more on preventative maintenance on plant equipment such as pumps, pipelines, valves, vibrator screens etc , which involve plant inspections and condition monitoring, and therefore minimise breakdown maintenance.
Pros: Sasol is a big and stable company.
Cons: Very little opportunity for promotion.
