I am doing something different now plant back what I have learn while I was in operation position.

I am an energetic person. As SHE facilitator I am dealing with diversity. So I am helped by my passion of willing to transform information and see people being safe all the time. I am enjoying my work with the help of my experience. I travel a lot around S.A presenting our courses to our business.The most challenge to present to mixed people who are illiterate and professionals so I need to adjust making sure that no frustrated in two parties.

Pros: I want to grown in training becoming a training specialist one of this days.
Cons: I dont mind working long hours if necessary since I am used to it as well.

This is a fantastic place to learn

It is a great company to work for, U learn a lot about how the integration works and how to respond to emergencies and different kinds of personalities
