I am currently employed by South African Social Security Agency in the Western Cape Region as a Financial Accounting Administrator Payables Section in the Finance Unit: I have extensive Financial Accounting Management and Administration experience as well as appropriate experience. My current responsibilities includes, but not limited to the following functions: • Perform procurement duties in line with the SCM policy and related procedures • Maintenance and control of accounts and handling of enquiries • Extensive experience of the ERP and SAP business module

Working as a team- mentoring and couching skill. have good interpersonal skills. Received individual performance bonus Received award Learnt to love my customers Day to day calls about 80 and walk inns, Communication and marketing of SASSA programs. High sense of duty and ownership

Pros: I received an award as a top achiever in the Department of health. I am also a commitee member of Change management programme which sustains image of the Agency
Cons: During Ministerial events we worked up untill midnight. I work during weekends when the needs rise

It is a people based department and we provide poverty eradicating relief

I manually and system screen potential grant recipients that come to visit our office. I also interview them and advice them about the documents needed to apply for the type of grant they would like to apply for. I also help with then taking their application down which includes opening of their files. We use a value chain system which is dubbed four step module which means one file will go through four hands before it is finalized and the grant put into payment. We then have to related well which each other to make it possible. I have learnt very intensive way of people management, system working Dealing with difficult customers

Pros: Great level of learning to work with people
Cons: It can be exhausting
