Excellent

The agency is amazing. The stuff are friendly and issues are comely resolved without shouting. It can get real busy but we cope due to efficient team work. The working environment is very generous and is a good support system as the office does a braai on Friday month ends if there is a person who has a birthday. Being in this organization taught me that life has no problems however we are the problems of life as we create situations by the manner in which we interpret situations at hand.

Pros: Great place to measure your yours skills as we deal with clients on daily bases.
Cons: You get exposed to various people with various personality and some are very negative and offensive.

I am a person who is willing to learn ,give ideas ,work well with the team

I am hardworking person who is willing to learn, honest and trustworthy I am person who comes up with innovative ideas when needed I am dependable person who is great at time management and make sure to meet deadlines I am able to handle multi task on everyday basis

Pros: It is such an honour to work for this company because you are given a Chance to go to trainings and gain experience and skills

Great workplace experience

I worked part time & absolutely enjoyed it I learnt how to manage my time because I worked while I was studying. I enjoyed the fact that we worked as a team & were always included in day to day decision making processes. Environment was kind

I am currently employed by South African Social Security Agency in the Western Cape Region as a Financial Accounting Administrator Payables Section in the Finance Unit: I have extensive Financial Accounting Management and Administration experience as well as appropriate experience. My current responsibilities includes, but not limited to the following functions: • Perform procurement duties in line with the SCM policy and related procedures • Maintenance and control of accounts and handling of enquiries • Extensive experience of the ERP and SAP business module • Validation of Invoices on the system • Prepare periodic reports for the Finance Manager • Perform monthly debtor, creditors reconciliations and inter-bank transfer administration • General office administration and provide assistance to Finance staff • Ensure compliance to financial timetable • Assist in budget preparation and income monitoring • Re-allocation of incorrect entries in respect of Oracle ERP •

Learning curve and growth

I am performing auditing from planning until follow up stage.I am working and leading a team, we are having good relationship by sharing some ideas as per different skills.I learnt how to audit system regarding fraud commited by employees.I enjoyed working as team.My challenge is when the client does not coorperate.

Debtors Clerk

I am leading a group of 3 people,we are responsible of recoveries in my unit and it has ben very good working with my team,I have learnt a lot from them and I beleave they have also learnt some things from me as we always share the knowledge amoung each other. I always enjoy working with people more special our clients (debtors) because you always here deferent stories in terms of how did the debt occured and so forth. We had chasllenges in my unit in terms of people paying monies but with no references and in most cases we had to try and trace those debtors and sometimes we win but sometimes we loose and when we do,we just throw all those monies to un allocated account.
