I am currently on a Department of Military Veterans, skills development program in which I have gained vast experience and knowledge in dealing with a heavy and constant workload, I have come to sharpen my administrative skills in a very short period of time. This experience has also helped open my eyes to the reality of social ills that plague our land.

Working as individual and with team
I can conduct audit from planning to reporting stage and also do follow up using teammate and other systems. I have learnt how to engage with clients and how to present my work in the way that is easy for the client to understand and always willing to explain more should enquiries comes

Well organised organization
I currently work as an Information Technology Technician with South African Social Security Agency (SASSA), where we attend to users queries and troubleshoot all ICT based equipment such as desktop, printers, scanner faxes etc. We also attend to network cables and other network based equipment such as routers and mainframes, we also install network cables to a newly refurbished office. We have a good communication with coworkers. I enjoy mostly working with a large number of people and their reactions when their queries are resolved and I have learned to be patient as some users may tend to have attitude than others.

Good career start
Good place to start your career the company has not promoted me in the the last 5 years. There is a good working culture a angst the employees though.

Great opportunities
I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. We get along very well. I’ve learnt a lot when it comes to dealing with people and the business environment. I enjoy solving problems and coming up with different ideas.

Explore new challenges out there
When you work with Assets you tend to meet people every day,you interact with people every now and then and you are always learning new things each time you interact with them.What I have learnt about working with colleagues or end users is that if you built a good relationship with them it become easy to do your work as they will give you their full support.And what i enjoy most with asset you are not always workstation bound,you always mobile.The most challenging aspect of my job is when i try to figure out how some assets were moved out of the building without my knowledge.
Pros: The organisation does not have a room for growth in it unless you find something outside.
Cons: Working hours are reasonable enough.

I am a driven individual and being hands on with all I hope to achieve. I am pursuing nothing less than success in my career and I am willing to work hard to achieve more. Typing and microsoft word ,excel ,outlooks ,scaning and internat
7.30 to 16.00 ever Monday to Friday, my relationship with my co-workers is good because sometime we work as group and even individual, I learnt a lot ,how to speak with client, to dress how to deal with deadlines. The most things I enjoy here is we attend workshop trainings , we even to sports activities with other offices to do team builder

Good communicator
They working environment was small but made the most of it because clients were satisfied and got most of the work done. Administrative agents were very helpful and nice to the clients. Team work played a huge role.c
