Proactive

My current job is one off the interesting job ever. Working with money all the time and meeting all targets of the day sometimes it is a bit stressful. Sometimes working with a team it more easy although not all give same view, they will want to do things differently. Since I joined the company and the team, it's been a joy able path.

Good company for for all even without experience

Working for these company is very exiting since you get to meet a lot of people and be able to learn new things in other departments.it is a very good company because it makes workers feel challenged by others science we get incentives for good performance,even when it comes to time management and absenteeism.we do get rewarded for our commitment

It was challenging, and worthy. Working for SBV is good

Working for sbv was a good challenging experience and it's worth it. The only challenging thing is the long work hours. And working for the company makes you grow and independent.

SBV Development and BI

There was no structure in place for Development or Software Maintenance. There was numerous unsustainable tactical solutions implemented. We implemented and forced SDLC for software and instituted quality assurance for testing. For BI we crafted and implemented a strategy where one did not exist. We are currently automating everything to ensure we are reputable and sustainable.

Pros: Eager resources willing to grow.

Its challenging industry couse i keep on learning each day new things.

I enjoy working with different people and attending client call listen to their quieries and solving their issues and in this industry its easy for me to develop my career.i get alobg with my co-workers sinoirs and retail staff .i learn poeple and their cultures i respect that a lot. Im helpful to anything that is possible for a man to do .

Pros: If we dont balance in the vualt is the challenge couse we have to look where it went wrong.
