Good company for for all even without experience

Working for these company is very exiting since you get to meet a lot of people and be able to learn new things in other departments.it is a very good company because it makes workers feel challenged by others science we get incentives for good performance,even when it comes to time management and absenteeism.we do get rewarded for our commitment

It was challenging, and worthy. Working for SBV is good

Working for sbv was a good challenging experience and it's worth it. The only challenging thing is the long work hours. And working for the company makes you grow and independent.

Growth

I would love to work for a company where is potentially to grow as human being in the industry of customer sarvice and ’ve applied as it is an excellent match for my skills etc. It would be a fresh challenge and a chance to try something new. I already have the skills you need . I have experience of customer sarvice and consulting

Excellent learning curve

I had good relationship with the people at this company, the environment is fast pace which meant that i had to be on my feet all the time. Mostly worked independent which helped me to grow faster and made me more responsible. I enjoyed designing communication messages for both internal and external audiences and readers, organizing events and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Excellent learner

oworking at sbv as tot me alot eg always be punchial at work, be able to handle lot of work loads. Always do want is expected from you and learn new things, never complain about work and always be a team player as some work need us to work togealways be available to help or learn new things. Never fights with the clients and when the client is angry just be come and assist them. ther. wor

Non supportive management

Company does not have good people management practises. No strategically aligned leadership .HR is a mess Passionate people but they need leadership Unethical with priority given to family

As an individual my working schedule was ohkay for me. My relationship with my coworkers it was amazing because I love to work with people in order to share ideas where needed. I learnt to respect my seniors, my coorworkers and even the ones that are below me. I enjoy mingling with colleagues so that I can some of things that I don't know. Working with difficult colleagues.
