Dear sir/madam Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to apply to this position in your company; I am a hard working, self-motivated and dedicated person. My aim is to work in an environment that offers room for growth where I can bring my skills to the table. I work well under pressure and handle situations positively. I am a good team leader and team player. I posses very strong attributes which would be very useful in the working environment. I am outspoken, a fast-learner and always keen to acquire new knowledge. Adapting to changes is one of the other best qualities. I am currently working in SBV Services, as a Recon Clerk. I am also going to further my studies in a Bcom General Degree from next year. In changing environments I always look for new opportunities. I strongly believe that I will be an asset to your company.

You get teller certificate to work as a qualified teller after training
We work with hard cash, under cameras. You must follow procedure in what ever you do. Must be productive at all cost. You must be 100% honesty. Too much pressure. Always chasing deadline. Environment is very friendly. You allowed to work in more than one department. Work must be error free. Be at work all the time and on time.
Pros: lots of over time payment

Excellent teamwork yet again great platform to learn to stick with the procedure.
My job is a more like a routine job the only thing changing is the workload and shifts. It is highly recommended to have good relationship with colleagues. Most position are those where you work under light supervision yet again all the work is perfomed under CCTV surveillance which helps you build integrity.

Internal Newsletter – The Vault Collate information received from customers and source photographs Edit information received and write copy for articles where necessary Liaise with ICT & Projects on all programming requirements Ensure ongoing awareness and education on the Intranet for all internal customers. 3. Monthly Staff Meetings (Events) Manage and coordinate the monthly meetings Arrange catering for the meetings Generate new initiatives for staff meetings, eg: topics to be presented Liaise with the appropriate presenters to ensure the smooth management of meetings Prepare long service awards, new appointments and promotions from the Human Resources department for the meetings 4. Internal Communications Newsflashes and SBV Updates Ensure timeous and accurate dissemination of information as received from customers. Edit content to ensure adherence to agreed “look & feel”/internal branding

Service desk environment
I'm an out-and-out IT support technician with a solid 4 years' experience with Bytes and currently working for SBV services. I further worked for Anglo American in support as an Information Service Manager assistant and my certifications are N+ and MCSE. I have been doing 1st line desktop/laptop support on Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10 and iOS El Captein platforms. I have been setting up and troubleshooting faulty VPN connections for years and know how to resolve such issues. I know extensively about AD support, using AD Tools for Windows. I worked on MS Exchange server 2010, doing basic troubleshooting in case the server services like "Service Host" stopped working.

SBV Bloemfontein Payoll Department
A typical work day starts at 07:30 which will be like a pressure pot until late evening hours. Company inefficiencies are not being dealt with but accepted as part of business. Co-workers are the gems that get you through the day as everybody are like family members and all have been working together for a long time and they know each other well. The work is challenging and the clients are interesting, but the work load is forever increasing but the workforce will stay the same.
Pros: Co-workers are like family and friends.
Cons: Very long working hours.

Daily work
I have taught myself a lot of things in my company including excel and computer literacy *I am a self taught sign language interpreter for the deaf staff *I am currently working at admin *I have a good relationships with my co-workers and on the events committee *I have enjoy diversity and promote it on a daily basis *I enjoy the culture and the values like integrity and respect *the challenges are months deadlines
