First opportunity in the working field
My day starts at past 6 am every morning .I generate / process all invoices that have been approved into the system for the month making sure I do not miss any of them. Once processed I check my age analysis for payment terms to insure invoices that are due can be prepared timeously and paid according to the payment terms. Flag requiring invoices to relevant personal eg. Rental and municipal invoice and following up. Request statements from our suppliers and prepare payments. Start submitting monthend due invoice to push the workload. Monthend prepare accruals and submit journal to Finance manager to post so that expenses of invoices not approved on time are accounted for in the financial statements. Help other fellow members should one be behind, encourage and remind them of deadlines as we all fall out as we work as a team. Challenges is having invoices not approved on time and difficult suppliers who want immediate payments out of their payment terms they have with our company.
Pros: I've grown and more experienced in the field
Cons: Not being appreciated in the company

Training is provided, it is training academy itself.
SBV is the greatest company to work at, co-workers are friendly and helpful to get one pull through challenges. You get an opportunity to learn how to process but you can be a Cash processor for years whether you are a teller, note sorter or Recon clerk you all fall under same category.
Pros: Slight opportunity for growth
Cons: Long hours during festive season

Excellent career development
I have learnt how to deal with stress on a daily basis. My colleagues and i have strong bonds and i do try and help out wherever i can. I create automated and daily reports to monitor productivity and send these reports to the chief operations officer and the chief commercial officer. I enjoy working under pressure as ideas flow much quicker. i also enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.
Pros: Career growth

Excellent learning experience
I worked for Sbv for a period of 14 years it is a overall good company to work for like many companies there are politics and favourites. People climb the cooperate climb the ladder because of who they know and what center you come from. It was a good learning curve it has quite a lot of Opportunities to mould individual into to hardworking people It teaches you the ability to multitask and perform a lot of duties in a given time period The work life balance is not good at all as you have no time for a social life can you don’t know your working hours and days
Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Long hours

Good exposure to work independently as tasks given are performed individually from cradle to grave
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Midrand Graduate Institute now Pearson Institute. I am currently an Internal Auditor at SBV services. I have worked as a junior Internal auditor in the Integrated Technology Governance Services division of SizweNtsalubaGobodo (SNG) for a fixed term period from 2 February 2015 to 28 February 2017. During my tenure at SNG, I acquired experience in internal auditing. In the projects that I was involved, I gained experience in, amongst other things, identifying and assessing risk, confirming accuracy of information, reviewing and validating compliance. I participated in audit projects for large private and public sector clients. I believe that I have the skills and expertise that stand me in good stead to contribute positively to your organization. Attached, please find a copy of my curriculum vitae for your attention and consideration. I am available for an interview at your convenience
