I start at SBV and I did attend more course and on job training today I have more experience in managing and controlling I have learned that sharing and motivation is the key to success

Exciting maturing phase

Being in my current position has help me to grow as an individual and to be a better leader. I have learned in order to lead you must follow as well and to get the job done you sometimes need to be hands on with the job. Working at my current company has help me in a sense that I am able to budget for a project and know how to motivate workers. Happy employees means more production at the end of the day.

Pros: I am travelling A lot

Rewarding employees

my company is a very busy time throughout the day. a lot of friendly faces we all have become family as we spend most of our days with each other we highly believe in team work we solve problems at hand u learn a lot about yourself and others each day its an enjoyable place to be

A wonderful opportunity

A career starter and a builder SBV was for me. I started as a student and began a long lasting relationship with this company within which more relationships were built. Colleagues became friends and bosses became mentors and a lot of learning from colleagues and managers (bosses). Clients are even more fantastic even the angry ones. One most important thing I learnt was humility and putting others first before me. My current manager displayed a lot of it and I couldn't ignore. There were a lot of jokes to help deal with daily responsibilities. I think the most challenging aspect of my job was having less resources to get the job done but still make means to get it done.

Pros: Great possibilities for promotion considering the current company's growing potential
Cons: A lot more workload which would subside in the near future

Excellent learning and opportunity giving company.

Professional acts, Fun to work with large amount of money, There is hard or heavy duty work but there are needed machines to help carry out the Job. Good employees, friendly and loyal at all times.

Daily work

I have taught myself a lot of things in my company including excel and computer literacy *I am a self taught sign language interpreter for the deaf staff *I am currently working at admin *I have a good relationships with my co-workers and on the events committee *I have enjoy diversity and promote it on a daily basis *I enjoy the culture and the values like integrity and respect *the challenges are months deadlines

Excellent learning curve

I am a hard working individual, self motivated, i am always willing to learn knew things in life, i am a reliable person and also passionate about everything that I do. Whenever i get to the new company my aim is always about doing more better and being recognized in the company. I get along with everyone easily. In my previous work i enjoyed working with other people.

Great work environment, exposure to new learning

Great work environment with a good support system. Very friendly, supportive and hardworking colleagues who are determined.i enjoy having to learn new things from my colleagues as well as getting to have a a solid relationship with them

Great company, always put people first in every decision made

Great working environment, great , environment and company culture. benefits are also not too back. working hours are great. we have reward and recognition programs for employee, just tomake them fell velued
