I can work on my own without supervision and typing a lot accurately.
Working at Scorpion legal protection is challenging we work on target everyday if you don't reach the target within the normal working hours you stay after hours with no extra cash. There is a quality assurance to check mistakes on our captured work, if there is lots of mistakes on your work the performance become poor. The working environment is good we work as a team in one open office we helping each other were necessary. We crack the jokes and laugh. Our managers are friendly but when comes to business very strict. I've learnt accuracy, typing speed and being very careful all the time. I enjoyed the work as a whole because I didn't know I can meet deadline accurately with no one after me. The most challenging part of this work was from 1st to 15th of every month we call it (commission run). Some of us where staying around so whether you've reach target or not you stay and push the work for deadline from 8h00 until 21h00 but no extra cash.
Pros: There were not promising us any permanent position though.
Cons: I enjoyed working long hours even though no money.

Working hard and learning more
Scorpion Legal Protection is a great company to work for, I take it as a great training ground. they gave me an opportunity that I will be grateful for a while. I am always punctual and ix am always on time, self motivated doesn't need too much guidance from management. When I got to scorpion Legal Protection I thought that I will find people that were self absorbed but I found people that were caring, loving and willing to support me in very way possible. In simple terms I could say they are genuinely amazing people. I have learnt time management and how important it is to prepare your work prior from actioning it in order for you to be able to do it correctly an accurately. I enjoy the ambiance mostly because it was pleasant and conducive for every employees sense of being and mental state. I did not have any challenges as such, because each an every obstacle I found it was more of an opportunity to do things differently. I hope this find you well.
Pros: It gave me an opportunity to learn how the admin and an office works and undertakes their day to day business. Inoder to work efficiently and reach the goals established
Cons: There are no opportunities to grow within the company hence this amazing move.

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day involves calling clients and selling them legal and funeral cover. +- 150 dails per day. Voluntarily working extra hours, up 21:30 to make as many sales as possible. I love my colleagues, we spend 14.5 hours in a day together working. They are like family. I have learnt how to build trust over the phone because clients have to confirm their banking details. I enjoy the working environment the most. Telesales consultant are not micromanaged. They trust our abilities to work independently and exceed target. The most challenging aspects of the job is convincing irate clients to reinstate their policies.

Work from recetion to cashier department to claim department,am currently in legal call centre
have gain skills and attribute of working under strainer /pressing situation. putting more extra hour to gain positive result. further learn we have different decree of understanding and dealing with work issue and choose to be focus and be team player irrespective. what satisfy me most is addressing/ assisting client/Colleagues s need afterward appreciate

Excellent learning curve
Scorpio legal protection is a legal insurance company which offers legal policies and funeral policy. File management, admin duties, liasing with attorneys and clients, attend to client's new queries. Relationship with colleagues is fine they do offer support and give guidance when needed. I have acquired alot of insight with regards to the legal insurance entity. My communications skills have improved and there is alot I have learnt about the legal professionalism. I enjoy liasing with clients, being able to listen to them and give advice accordingly. The most challenging part of my job is the turn around time considering the number of queries we get in a day i.e. emails, sms, queries from social media platforms and faxes.

Learning opportunity
My job demanded attentiveness and to be practical at all times. I have had a great experience from the tome that I was an intern and had to grasp things at a faster pace. I have worked in different departments which exposed me to different areas of law. Over the duration of the stay at scorpion....I learned to be a great team player, pay attention to detail and be considerate in dealing with clients. I have grown both professionally and personally as my relationship with individuals have improved.

Learnt the difference between a legal insurance company and legal private practise

Excellent Learning Curve
My typical working day will comprise of capturing, doing business reports, doing feedbacks and also helping at the reception. Working here is fun just that the work load gets to you because there is always a lot of work and you get to knock off at the early hours of the morning because of cut off dates and all that.

Professional and customer care
I work with different clients old and young..and also work with sales agents. I learn so much about how they view things e.g old clients would humble you and teach your values. with young age I learn new things everyday technology related and professionalism. I also enjoy too much working with agents and the most exciting part for me is when I am facilitating /training them about our products it gives me courage to know that I'm equipping someone with knowledge.
Pros: I would appreciate to get promotion
