I've over 13 years working experiance on claims management and claims handling procedures.
I'm currently working as a Branch Manager for one of the leading legal insurance company, and I'm also responsible for managing almost 9 branch staff and claims that are lodged by our policyholders. I have a good working relationship with my colleague and staff members who reports directly to me. I have learnt so much about claims administration processes during my stay with the company, and I do enjoy working with people. The most challenging aspect of the job is that I had to work extra-ordinary hours in order to achieve the branch target.
Pros: I've grown with the company, and there is a great potential for growth as well.
Cons: Working long hours in order to meet the target.

Working independantly
Risk Indication and risk profiling. Interpretation/Application of Income Tax Act, Tax Administration Act and Value Added Tax Act. Adherence to audit procedures from planning stage to execution stage. Perform audit in line with Audit Methodology. Reviewing the system established to ensure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures, laws, regulations and contracts which could have a significant impact on the operations and reports. Prepare tests procedures for adequate controls and completing the audit program. Perform field work testing. Escalate cases where feedback is not received. Produce finalised working papers and evidence for all componence of work, as standards set in the Audit Methodology. Representing taxpayers in the Undetatement Penalty meetings.

Professional and customer care
I work with different clients old and young..and also work with sales agents. I learn so much about how they view things e.g old clients would humble you and teach your values. with young age I learn new things everyday technology related and professionalism. I also enjoy too much working with agents and the most exciting part for me is when I am facilitating /training them about our products it gives me courage to know that I'm equipping someone with knowledge.

Lack of growth
Office Environment, no traveling. Face to face consultation or telephonic consultations with client on daily basis giving them legal advice on different legal matters.

Excellent learning curve
Legal advisory position would entail communication with clients, research, consultations, risk management protocols, compliance elements as well as negotiation, contract drafting and vetting, drafting of wills and estates , administration functions as well as legal opinions and suggestions to management.

Excellent
In my current role I am responsible for troubleshooting, respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically, installations, and configuration for a variety of desktops, laptops, hardware and software. I’m highly skilled in delivering very complex technical information, My relationship with co-workers is very excellent and I realyy enjoy to assist clients on daily basis, The current role is not challeging

The company being a customer service environment is very demanding.
It's a very demanding environment, the file counts per a staff member generally require alot of work per a file. The nature of the work requires attention to detail and there is alot of pressure.

Learning Curve
It is lovely to work at this company, good working relationship with colleagues, great teamwork, I have learned alot and the trainings provided has also made me competent in different work areas. Unfortunately there is no further development or growth for me therefore I would like to seek better opportunities and also meet other challenges
