No growth

Long hours and night shift are very hectic. People are very good to work with. The managers are very strict. Everyone focuses on their jobs. You work in one place forever the is no room for growth. In terms of salary is a bit little.

A very challenging position that broadens your skills

My day to day activities includes planning, crisis solving , liaising with suppliers and providing feedback. My team is very helpful,reliable and I have build good relations with some of my colleagues and my suppliers. The one aspect of my job that stands out for me is the uncertainty...one minute you have stock and things are fine and next minute you have no stock and things are not fine. This is also the most challenging part of the job because you always need to prepare yourself for the worst scenario and if the worst scenario occurs you need to push yourself to manage and resolve the issue as efficiently as you can.

Ability to learn fast and hardworking

I'm working at recieving where i recieve stock and i also working at production where i control stock that is going to dispetch. We are work in team i love to help my partner if something goes wrong. I learn that if you want yo make your job be the best communicate with your team. I enjoy to work without supervition

I gain more experience

I'm here to apply for this vacant position please considered my application, I'm a good player when it comes to work. I do have experience in picking , operating the machines that they do used to pick.I'm good on operating computer e.g : Microsoft package like : word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint and database etc

Excellent learning

I work long hours day and night shift 12 hours,i create good relationship with my colleagues i also take other peaple views into concideration when I'm stacked i always ask for help from othr people as well

Pros: Everyday you learn new things and you also given an opportunity to teach and train othr people
Cons: We work about 19:00to 07:00 in the morning when its night shift

I am a reliable, self- motivated, and a hard worker. Can work independently and as team member and a good leader. Can control myself very well when working under pressure. Highly motivated and a positive attitude. Have the ability to develop new ideas. Good supervisory skills and ability to direct work. New learning environment filled with challenges and lots of pressure but fun

A normal Monday to Friday office environment filled lots of paper work and always having to play catch up on admin. The whole claims experience was new to me and the learning was fun and continues with each new day as each new day brings something new to the table that we have not come across before. We have an awesome team in our office that makes learning and working fun. The challenges we face are mainly huge rand value claims that comes with no data or evidence to investigate the claim which slows down current work while having to run around trying to find evidence to investigate claims, it can become stressful but at the same time you learn how to work under pressure and learn more so to have just a little more patience. I love walking into the office in the morning seeing my coworkers smiling knowing that today is going to be an awesome day working among them, never a dull moment and never a day to be sad about anything as the team is always there to turn that frown upside down.

Cons: Pay is way to little for the amount of work we do
