The thing is I was using voice picking it is hard ,it's better to use scanner picking
Firstly it's hard to use voice picking it's better to use scanner,secound voice picking put you under a lot of pressure,but what I really like is the we push work ,and my colleague are easy to talk like problems solving even if your problem is not related to work
Pros: Promotion is after a long time

Great learning curve
Helps to give reliable feedback and to build relationships with suppliers by working collaboratively with them. Teaches you how to work and pressure and how to make constructive decisions.

I have good communication skill and be able to work underpressure more over willing to learn at any environment .work as team to reach one goal and to rich the target where it's necessary

Excellent outcome
The company is very caring to its employees and altoo protective to the employess abut j due agencies that are regaarded as major agency are not treating well the agencies they also rob the hard working employeea pickers and dispatchers are earning a peanut
