Learning curve and learning new things in a new environment

I am learning everyday,learning about different cultures,people and how they re-act to challenges but mostly about my job. My challenge is when coming to payments,I'm not ohk with how much I earn that money is too little for a man like me. That's very challenging

Good learning curve

Wonderful place to work at.

Its a shift work whereby we work 12 hours a day. Our relationship at dc its so marvelous I have learnt to work under pressure and i never give up Most enjoyable moment at dc is when there is a promotion thats were i enjoy most. Most challenges is long hours and the pressure.

Excellent picking and packer

I'm working good an i have relationship with other wokers. i learn to pick ana packing that is why i enjoy to work the most challenges i meet is hours we work 13 hours an they give use brack for 30 minutes

I have great personality, respect people and their interests

I like to work for shoprite their lot of experience, working hours is long, working with different types of people if learning a lot about people and their cultures, our daily challenges is to complete ur targets..

Good learning skills of how to pick

i really did learn how pick and and pack at shopright dc centurion.it was my first employement right after school.my supervisors and my team leaders were really doing their job of try to show us the new recrutes how to work.we were picking stock from the isl to dispatch using other machinens named opus but now they call it ppt.i was working under capital outsourcing group and now they call themself blu. and our contract were terminated.

Pros: i learned a lot
Cons: it was seven to seven ,4 days in 4 days out

My day at work

My day at work starts very early since I workMy days start early since it's 12 hour shifts and spend more time walking. At the beginning I distribute daily progress reports which must be turned before I knock off. I compile my own progress report every 3 hours and email it to my seniors. I go to the receiving department hourly to check on new items and stock which needs to leave the floor. So at the end of my shift I've made turnover on the floor at receiving and Dispatch a 12 hour syubhhhift and I spent most of the day on my feet.

Pros: There is a great opportunity to learn about different departments and getting experience in most of them since you are allowed to help out.
Cons: Long working hours and it's highly unlikely that you get promoted.

How to pick items

Working in my company it was very challenging because it was my fisrt time in a working world ,but although it was good to work with other,i've learn alot working in warehouse.like how to pick items,house keeping and etc..

Pros: when ever you are a hard worker on daily basis you can be promoted, because there are results thats shows how you have worked

Shoprite is a varsity

At shoprite i work under a lot of pressure and i have learned that shoprite is distributing in many countries and operate 24hours which is the cause of pressure .but i end up enjoying the pressure. And i have learned many things at shoprite ,to me is a varsity.
