I'm a interpersonal skills, a team worker because of my experience to work with people different cultures through to my position . I learned how solve problems, to share, to understand each other and to respect time of working hours so I can build my company I was person likes to improve my life consistently and this an evidenced by the various programmes I did in the time with my desire for change

An awesome learning experience for me the people the company just amazing
During my two years at simba it has been amazing . When I got there I knew basically nothing to how they work and carry out their responsibilities. It took me just two weeks to.know everything due to.the great colleagues that assisted me and team players. If I could.choose I will go back anytime it is an awesome company . Your work is acknowledged you are given credit for.the good you do.

I enclose my CV for your consideration, As Production Line Manager in a Production Environment, I am responsible for managing a staff team, training and developing and supporting staff members, allocating workloads and tasks and ensuring that service standards are met. I’m also responsible for making sure that production plan is met on shiftily basis at that right cost. I also liaise regularly with other Frontline Manager to discuss company procedures, standards and goals to ensure that my team operates towards all of them. I also have experience of quality monitoring, assessing outcomes and devising new systems of work to improve efficiency. I am an excellent communicator, with a supportive and understanding manner. What I've learned
Simba is a big company that produces potato chips and products. I specifically work on a Pc line where we are required to make 12000 tons of finished potato chips every day. We work Monday to Monday just to make sure our customers always have the best product on the shelves. The relationship i have with my team mates is amazing because we work well together, helping each other out and striving to get the job done. The challenges i have is when we have a demand and we have to run all different flavours at a short period of time. Luckily I've learned that if we work well together and hard we achieve the set goal. It's also nice to work with different people and different personalities.

Excellently learning curve
I'm self confident person who always believes in my abilities. I try by all means to responding positively when facing challeges wheather work related or in life general.
Pros: Great company to work for en it does take care of its workers specially when it comes to their development.
Cons: Branch level is not given enough attention.
