I'm self confident person who always believes in my abilities. I try by all means to responding positively when facing challeges wheather work related or in life general.
Pros: Great company to work for en it does take care of its workers specially when it comes to their development.
Cons: Branch level is not given enough attention.

Excellent learning curve
Set up ,operates, monitor and control packaging machines and statistical weighing equipment in order to efficiently package the final product, this compiles with quality, weight control and all other key performance indicators. Completion of all weak link documentation on an hourly basis. Identification and reporting of packaging equipment not performing at optional level due to mechanical or electrical influence

Excellent earning
I can type 100 words per minute. I had good relationship with my co-workers they love me so much because am friendly. I have learnt to work under pressure and solve problems. What i enjoyed so much is to work hard. Its when supplies didn't deliver potatoes i found it challenging.

Great place to learn about production
The place has a good learning environment but lacks team building techniques. Job is frustrating because the main focus is pushing production even when there are some safety risks. I've learnt to work with different characters and personalities

I've learn how to work with lot of people and being patient, how to face challenges at work .
I'm a willing to learn and work under pressure. I'm working shifts at Simba. We have a good communication with employees and we are doing a team work. I've learn to work with people and communicate share ideas when we are working. My best shift is morning shift . My challenge is night shift is hectic.

Sales go up and down but customer service stays forever
Great company to work for but the management is something else. Very nice environment to work in because of the customers who are unpredictable and also the employees are great to work with. The commission structure only caters to sales reps and not assistants but the work load is pretty much the same.

Water balance, starch and water separation and water treatment.
Good company to grow, there's a lot of opportunities. And a good learning curve.your given a chance to do project proposal , when project is successful you get a chance to work hand in hand either the project team.
