I enjoyed working relationship with my seniors3
at smollan I work in store I work normal hours my job is to make sure that pepsico product available and more appealing to the customer i influence orders n and make sure promotional lines well ordered ,returns are sorted .I make sure I live the smollan values wich is urgency decipline and results orientated .wat I have learn is to be pro active you don't have to wait until you report on the goe.the challenge is wen my senior is not responding to my request and the client is waiting for solution.

Good company to work for
Good company to work for excellent working conditions. Great people. No long hours and good customers to work with. Friendly co-workers always willing to help, lack of help from managerial part but sometimes willing to help there and there.

Excellent learning and experience in Marketing and retail curve
Starting of with floor walk checking Expiry date on the products checking what need to be attended first.Greeting everyone my co-workers and Management and we have a very good working relationship. I learned to face and handle customers and solving orders problems aswell as returns. I enjoy it a lot when i helped customers and they come back to say thank you. The challenging part is on month end with big promotion and we dont have enough stork for all the customers

Excellent learning curve
The culture, the benefits, the management and working hours are all fantastic. I have good co-workers we always help each other. The company also support employee studies financially as well as providing study leaves. Unfortunately the pay for my role is not even close to enough for the workload and for the cost of living in the area.

Excellent
This is a good company , but no promotion in this company . There is to much pressure because of the shortage of staff in my field area . Salary is no good either for the job they have , I deserved to earn more but I ended up earning small amount of money.

People person good and building long term relationship
I enjoy every day challenges and knowing that when I leave my store I have achieved at least one objective to the benefit of the business as a whole.

I work S an assistant to the team leader so we travel to approximately 8 stores a day delivering with promotions and general merchandising work. We capture and upload necessary data for the office.

Exciting
Great It is a great company to work for with extensive training for the staff and incentives. I have learnt a great deal working here. co. mpany Management is a great and gives you room to use your own initiative when the situation requires, I even received rewards for great work done and regularly compatitions encourage you to strive for more.
