No overtime

The reason i left is because theres no overtime and the salary we were earning was too little ,so if ever we had overtime we would make extra cash to cover all the expenses,

Pros: it has no overtime so the money salary was not enough,and the work is too much

An excellent systems driven company and learning development environment.

I have worked as Key Accounts Manager for Pioneerfoods handling Shoprite, PNP, Spar buying and planning departments. I have also worked for Effectivenss company briefly.

Pros: Get to manage your clinet in a team that handles 45 accounts and juggle to deliver on their mandates
Cons: Too many players fighting for the same attention, you have to shout the loudest till you get your portion

Learnt a lot working for smollan

Part of Smollan promises is that they would grow the employees. I have applied may times for different positions in the company to grow, yet I get a negative response, without getting an opportunity to go for an interview. I have a passion for sales and that's why I enjoy working for Smollan. Challenges i face are ill tempered store managers and disrespectful clients. But this is overcome by have a positive outlook.
