I work S an assistant to the team leader so we travel to approximately 8 stores a day delivering with promotions and general merchandising work. We capture and upload necessary data for the office.

Exciting

Great It is a great company to work for with extensive training for the staff and incentives. I have learnt a great deal working here. co. mpany Management is a great and gives you room to use your own initiative when the situation requires, I even received rewards for great work done and regularly compatitions encourage you to strive for more.

Excellent damage control

No promotion and no increase as employees work under pressure but no overtime. Merchandisers are strugglling to buy themselves a simple basic thing a house

Learned to be a team player

Ive learned to be patient always to push myself to great lengths. I enjoy negotiating with managers for stock and shelf space on daily basis.build display as extra space for my products, problem solving and improving and maintaining forward share and market share

I'm a self driven person who is able to work under pressure and results orientated.

I am focused person. I am able to work in a multi cultural environment. I was a staff representative and able to interact with all the staff members in my team. I am able to communicate verbally and in writing.

Good sales experience gained

I no longer work for the company, but my experience at Smollan is an unforgettable one with lots and lots of experience gained from everyone that I have worked with, during my time there. I worked with an energetic team, where being a team player was very crucial. We had team building activities every now and then, which I found very helpful and encouraging. I don't regret working for Smollan and its beautiful people, but it was time to move on and look for new challenges and take the skills I have acquired from Smollan, to the world.

Gain more knowledge about the products we promote ama and greet learning experience.

I enjoy working with different people. Even though it's challenging to work with customers at times but I take the challenges as they come. I have learned a lot from the promotions about the different products we promote.

Pros: They are alot of opportunities in the promoting industry and you learn a lot through out the process.
Cons: Most of the time we work 5 hours a day mostly weekends

I enjoyed working relationship with my seniors3

at smollan I work in store I work normal hours my job is to make sure that pepsico product available and more appealing to the customer i influence orders n and make sure promotional lines well ordered ,returns are sorted .I make sure I live the smollan values wich is urgency decipline and results orientated .wat I have learn is to be pro active you don't have to wait until you report on the goe.the challenge is wen my senior is not responding to my request and the client is waiting for solution.
