Low remuneration and high expectation of duties, good working relationships with clients and co workers . Good place and environment to learn thought the renumeration is not enough for an admin manager post .

Open the Store, Switch on Computers, post unposted sales from previous day, switch on wax pots and aircon and music. Balance bookings accordingly amongst therapists and nail technicians working that day, do hygiene checks, do stock take/inventory, load on system. manage reception and take more bookings as the scheduler allows, bank previous day money continue managing the staff and guests, offering refreshments taking payments ensuring good customer service through out while managing hygiene levels and stqff movements. After everything then ensure the store is tidy and everuthing is back to its place, load pettycash, cashup, check for discrepancies, report, print ,file then lock up and go home.
Pros: Great opportunity to strengthen customer service skills.
Cons: Long working hours, working during holidays and weekends

Room for growth
Always looking forward to a day at work, team player, enjoy learning new skills and passing my knowledge to others. I have learnt that you can never know everything or have enough information. Always have walk ins always busy growing our knowledge and skills

Good learning curve
The salon trade from 9h00 till 19h00 with two separate shifts, 9h00 to 18h00 and 10h00 till 19h00. The environment is good the ladies are quite easy to work with and we work as a team. I enjoy my work a lot, my only concern is that there's not much room for growth.
Pros: Good working environment
Cons: would like to work till 17h00 as I plan to further my studies

Good learning curve
It’s an amazing company to allow you as an individual to interact with other people from different walks of life and allowing you to be part of their personal lives as well. Some days you don’t have really good days but you learn to get on with the job. A lot of training is provided. Fellow staff members build a relationship

Always willing to learn
This company is in the Beauty industrie. They spesiliase in hair, nails, waxing, massages, facials and make up. They are all over in South Africa and are expanding by the day . I am a front desk coordinator at one of there branches that intails...Answering the phone , taking bookings dealing with guest complains , stocktake ordering of stock and filling , emailing supllierrs.

Onward and upward
Enjoyed working the otherside of the beauty industry, but I think it's time to move on and learn some new skills, improve myself and further my learning in new areas.

Goal driven
We all professionals, we help each other to grow. We learn every single day as we also attend refresh course every year to better our skills. The most challenging is when a guest comes with a picture and expects the sam things but we manage and try we never say no without tryong

Got to learn alot about the hair industry
It was an amazing company to work for but have a life outside of the company was frowned upon. You ask for certain days off and you had to explain why and what for
