I have a good relationship with my employers enjoy meeti different people and getting more training about the industry have good relationships with my employees and employers they thought me so many things I didn’t know when I first started working with them but now I’m in a level where I know almost everything but now my reason of leaving the company it’s growth and financial reasons and do also what I like most driving and my co worker reasons of me want to leave it’s growth I need something challenging

Corner stone

Working at my company has iits uos and downs, but I have learned a lot and how to deal with customers and different cultures and religions. Disavantage was working public holidays and ling hours. but overall I enjoy helping people and working as a team

Learning on how to deal with the clients especially pn complaints.

Working at sorbet as an administration lady taught me to be responsible. To always check that the place is in order. To manage guests as well as staff members. It made to be responsible in time keeping as well. As I am the one who's opening and closing the building. I also learned alot in invoicing of orders capturing of stock using pastel

Pros: For being a highly responsible and loyal employee
Cons: Weekends I worked 10-7pm and weekdays 9-6pm

Sorbet is a good company but the Salary is not enough and transport was too far

Sorbet is not bad at all but the because of lockdown a lot of thingshave been cut down.eg we don't get our full salaries any longer and no more incentives are given to the stuff,if the company does not make money that means your salarieswill be deducted and it isa lot of money that's been deducted.. .the place is far and there is no transportis far so we spend more on transport. so it makes it a bit difficult to save .and I want t grow and offer my skills in another company. the Joob im doing you can only grow aand be a manager nothing more. and there cant be more then one maanger in the store.problem was its commission based. and
