It has built me to withstand any challenge coming my way
every single day we chasing a number (target), convincing customers to order more stock. manage drivers, fleet and also warehouse. manage stock counts daily. I work well with my fellow colleagues. I have learnt to be resilient, face any challenge coming my way, perform well under pressure I enjoy meeting targets after sleepless nights most challenging aspect is when the resources are not 100% available. Also when we overrun on the finances or on budgets

Largest fmcg in the world , hard working , goal and target driven , great exposure to the logistics industry , good perks , great company to be at but downfall is the work life balance takes a toll on the individual due to public holidays

I have almost 12 years of manufacturing experience with a proven track record. Assets and people has always been an obsession, and everything I do is purely associated with driving these 2 agendas. I use various systems to ensure these agendas are well integrated, clear and ensure the business moves forward and does not stagnate. I believe that safety, quality & customer service is non-negotiable, and my passion for continuous improvement is clear for all to see. Challenging experience but quite great to learn a lot from people with different cultures,beliefs
Challenging experience but quite great to learn a lot from people with different cultures,beliefs. There's a lot of pressure but one has to be alert and assertive in order to overcome that pressure. Every now and then, there are changes made from the top and it cascades down to everyone.
