I'm very ambitious and strive to take opportunities I come across for personal growth, to learn more and as well as to gain more experience.
Pros: Working extra hard, and taking opportunities that comes my way

Excellent working exposure
I have worked in a Hotel Industry, Automotive Industry, and now have worked in the brewery manufacturing industry which has taught me, groomed me, and also gave great experience all in one. It made me have confidence, and be a brave young individual who's bold now. I am pleased to have worked at South African Breweries.

South African Breweries is part of the ab inbev company. It is known as one of the greatest brewery worldwide. With 7 Breweries in South Africa. I work as brewer and I deal with process transport e.g Filtration and Centrifugation process. Meeting quality specifications and achieving all these through VPO system.

Your relationship with co-workers
We need to strive to always have postive interactions in the workplace because it can improve teamwork as well collaboration. This will result in a positive influence of staff turnover. Retention of jobs will be longer as job satisfaction and organizational committment when co-workers support each other.
Pros: being affiliated to work for a dynamic global organisation is a benefit on its own. Very challenging and goal driven company that motivates employees to learn and to grow. Ensure that all employees receive the necessary coaching and training to effectively execute their roles. Safety is key, and all employees must adhere.

Great experience, when working as a team you always win
Everday a the number of samples collected and and recieved differs but the number of working hours remains the same, this has taught me to plan my work accordingly and do preparations as early as possible, my colleagues celebrate each and every achievement fr keeping your work area clean to raising the most safety incident observations. This has helped boost my confidence. The positive energy around the laboratory is bound to make everyday a productive day.
Pros: You can working for any department since all the company information is shared amongst everyone.
Cons: Too much work and so little time, which requires you to stay longer unpaid hours.

Excellent learning experience
Working at SAB taught me a lot about how to operate a machine, Safety and maintenance. I worked so well with my colleagues, it was as though we were one big family, we helped one another where help was needed, I enjoyed our team days where we got to really build our team, and learn more about each other. The most challenging part about my job was having to work nightshift.
