Received highest performance rating in 2016

I enjoy new challenges in each and everyday and working with different people with different skills and different thinking . Setting the goals for the team, a very nice feeling when these goals are achieved and also a very good test of character when they are not achieved and going back to the drawing board and understand why the goal was not achieved

Its a nice place to work and i have learned alot in the years i have been there its just sad that i push myself to do better yet it goes unnoticed...i feel im worth more than the company knows and yet there is other individuals that have friends in higher places to help them get promoted over the people that actually put in the effort and have the knowledge and experience.

What i have noticed is that you have to respect people if you also wand to be respected.Learning it was not easy nor difficult.So far i can garantie group work were you can shere ideas with other people.

Great learning platform. Good Salary

Great learning platform. Taught me a lot, from starting out as an apprentice to qualifying and getting a permanent position out of 20 other students. The salary and benefits were also very competitive.

Pros: Great platform for learning people skills, and good salary
Cons: Development & growth for non-BEE employees is close to none
