Great learning experience
It was a good working experience.Great cooperate culture. I had the following achievements whilst I was working for the company: •Promoted from Sales assistant to Marketing Communications Officer after 6 months of employment. • Collaborated with prospective clients to prepare efficient product marketing strategies and drive business development. • Resolved 5%of customer service issues within 12 months to maximise loyalty and retention

Very good company to start once career
Normal day is making daily payments towards suppliers and bookings for company staff. sorting out queries on behalf of the stores and the accounts I am in control off. I believe we struggle as a department, mostly because we drag each other down as apposed to lifting each other, some are stronger than others, the strong do not assist the not so strong. I've learnt that confidence is key, do not be afraid to ask and assist where one can Being in control of my own accounts is best, I have the ability to explain each cent spent on all my monthly recons. because of that, my opinion is valuable to management and my recommendations are taken into consideration. The hardest would be working with individuals whom do not share the same enthusiasm as you. Some are more rigid and "stiff" on their approach to work, whereas your work method might very towards the rest
Pros: Biggest pro is the Flexi hour sysytem that is set up

Being able to handle task and meet due dates
Working everyday learning more duties for customer services even although I was working as a cashier, .Focused learning in different department through training that Sportsmans Warehouse conduct every Tuesday and Thursday.Enjoying how to handle team work and being motivated by other staff members for want they have achieve to the company.Relationship with co-workers was very good because most the time we worked as team to achieve goal and achievement of the company.Being instruct by my manager on which task I should assist.I learned to work independent and always with the team. Handle to work under pressure, to be a market player to the entity by achieving certain goals given a day.I enjoyed working in that company since well organized entity , with good employers and employees which encourage me to achieve certain goals and objectives, making to understand the knowledge product i sports activities.

Career orientated company
At my place of work we are always given training to empower us, we have very understanding management. Our aim is to always offer the best service possible, we know how to build and keep our clientele. We're very efficient and team spirit is always present.

Ability to work under pressure
I'm an experienced admin manager. I started working for my current company from 2014. I Was employed as customer care officer then grew to admin clerk now admin manager it feels great to manage staff and suppliers and keep customers happy. Looking forward to a new venture ..... i work nicely with my superiors when im off I get called to give instructions and that makes me feel important to train someone that is above me😂 . As I grew in the company im willing to help customers and colleagues but most importantly going an extra mile for my customer .I under promise and over deliver that what keeps my clients coming back for more....

To believe in yourself and always help someone in need
I am a fast learner and believe in doing things right the first time.i have excellent communication skills and get along with any type of person I am also a very positive person and like to grow in any company.i have good work experience and good references everywhere I worked.
