Amazing customer service company
I enjoy working at Sportsmans Warehouse because it challenges me as an individual to learn new things daily... We get to learn about certain products, sports as well even each individual in the workplace. The company itself takes good care of their employees by providing them a good basic salary and there you get Your medical Aid, pension fund etc....

Team player
i am good and hard working person and i have enjoyed working at the warehouse because i interact with clients and i learn a lot in terms of the products that i sell to them and my relationship with co-workers is good because we assist each other and make sure that we win as a team.

Ability to work under pressure
I'm an experienced admin manager. I started working for my current company from 2014. I Was employed as customer care officer then grew to admin clerk now admin manager it feels great to manage staff and suppliers and keep customers happy. Looking forward to a new venture ..... i work nicely with my superiors when im off I get called to give instructions and that makes me feel important to train someone that is above me😂 . As I grew in the company im willing to help customers and colleagues but most importantly going an extra mile for my customer .I under promise and over deliver that what keeps my clients coming back for more....

Excellent working environment
I work more 10 hours per day in six days per week, my seniors are are supportive and understanding. I feel I have a good opportunity to to be promoted to a bigger branch and eventually to end up on regional manager position

Excellent learning experience
While i was working at Sportsmans Warehouse i have gained a lot of experience, from different type of customers. Sometimes it was tiring due to long hours especially the busy time of the year. I had a great relationship with my co-workers because if i don't like something i say it immediately to avoid disruptions when having to assist customers. I have learned how to strive for the best and being friendly with customers, not judgemental as well as working in a fast pace environment. I enjoy interacting with people and Situations that will Cross my Path. Most challenging aspects are when there's a language barrier, not sure about the products selling.

I am a fast learner and believe in doing things right the first time.i have excellent communication skills and get along with any type of person I am also a very positive person and like to grow in any company.i have good work experience and good references everywhere I worked.

A Day In Retail
I work on a daily basis with suppliers (locally and internationally), clients, store calls, sale reports, daily and weekly reports and our budget. I am very good at tracking sales, reacting to good or bad days in the industry and working with a budget. I work closely with marketing to ensure that all products are featured correctly in store and online, get noticed from competitors and make visual impacts in store. I work on a daily basis with three different seasons – past, present and future. Working with the different seasons in brands and private development has given me great planning, organizing and prioritizing skills. Private label is where my passion lies. I love building a range from scratch and putting fabrics/prints together and seeing the end result in store.

Fast learner, hard worker and adapt to any environment
Great company for growth, which focuses on individual and collective growth. The company does generate a lot of turnover because of the product knowledge implemented to the works on a weekly basis.

Cons: No direct permanent position. You start as a flexi, working only on weekends

Perfect place to grow
Receiving HOD we receive stock and print a Purchase order check all the stock and capture it into our store system which is Dolphin live. more like SAP. we deal with queries, phone the supplier or other branch, do memorandum to supplier if the stock is short or over. we also dispatch the stock we call it GRS when goods are returned to supplier. if the stock is defective or has expired, out of season. there's another dispatch we do its called IBT out when we sending the store to one of our branches or web store.
Pros: the company take us for trainings to grow you and know and understand more your position in a coompany
Cons: we working from monday to sunday and only get 3days offs

Need new adventure
Its fun and different everyday, new customers you meet daily and difficult customers. Admin to be done daily to check stock levels is up to stand. Staff can be tough but needs grooming to help build their confidence to achieve their goals daily. I have learnt that anything is possible and you apply your mind to it you can achieve it. I enjoy the most working with different customers. The most challenging aspect of my job is being a mentor to the junior staff.
