Good experience building

A working day consists of 9am-6pm. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. I have learnt how to deal with customers efficiently nd effectively and learning about customer care. I enjoyed helping customers and feeling rewarded when customers leave the store feeling satisfied with my service. the most challenging part of the job is being unable to assist the client when there is insufficient stock available in the store.

Pros: Good quality equipment
Cons: Does not cater for all groups of people

Excellent work experience and good communication skills.

Working without any supervision working under pressure team playing open mind excellent customer service dealing with difficult changes handling good customer and difficult ones being motivated and facing great opportunities of learning and gaining more work ethics and challenges

Leadership training I'm going through

I Am currently working for TEVO were i began working in April and as a Sales factory Outlet and on a contract basis.Three months after the probation i got rewarded a permanent position.The Month of July and August i operating as a Manager in the Factory Outlet of TEVO in Boksburg. I also operated two stock-takes and also the end of year stocktaking

Pros: Managerial Position and Permanent Position
Cons: Operate in other branches simultaneously

Good learning experience

I have a good and positive work ethic in all working environments. I already see myself working with clients the and assisting them in the best possible way. I enjoy working with people and solving problems where i am able to. I have a good working relationship with people and i currently manage 6 subordinated. I have learned that when you have a good energy towards your work and company you then will have a good working relationship with co workers. As well as working towards collective organisational goals.
