My duties was to clean tables and take dishies to the kitchen I more about direct approach towards customers and customer service . My relationship with core workers is to make sure that we interit each other I enjoy meeting we people . The most challenging aspect work extra hours every day .

Great learning curve
Fast paced industry. Not for the faint hearted, but definitely fun and exciting. Requires constant interaction with people which is my favourite part, therefore a bond and relationship is necessary with colleagues. Interaction with people requires a certain adaptability which teaches flexibility. However as a waiter you rely on tips and your commission. Not having a salary is a challenge, it gives the edge to push one self. Hours can sometimes be long.

Excellent team player and good communication skills
As a waitron putting other people and their needs first is the prime principle. This has contetly reminded me into rendering quality service at all times. I have grown a young individual into understanding my strengths and limits. Meeting different customers was challenging and interesting because I had the opportunity to create a fun experience for them. Participating in a team is important for good and quality service. Work on a daily is basically being energetic. One is required to take and place orders, deliver the food, cleaning the section and doing durties of the shop. Cleaning means staying long hours after work which is not paid and transportation becomes a challenge.

BAD
Long hours with no motivation as to remunaration. Working 90 hours a week with one day off and getting that kind of salary is a slap on the wrist. Being sweared at every time the operator has a bad day really beLittle me as a manager whom is loyal to the company. One sad thing, you will be training someone then that person is being given a position tat suites me best. So working for Spur in particular Silver Chief Spur has been nothing but a headache. No token of appreciation nothing. Some of us are just working just to feed our families. We no longer enjoy working at this place.

Excellent learning curve
My relationship with co-workers it's was great because we were working as a team also each and everyone gives others a chance to get a floor when customers get in to the resturate. And I learn that you may must work with a team also you must able to work as a individual samethings need to work alone. What I mostly enjoy is when I get to know everyone at work also we a have a good time where by we get a bones extra cash,commission etc. The were challenge now and there where by same they don't come to work now you must liftup with a shift now you must work overtime or extra hours. Same co-workers don't want to co operates with others that was a challenge.

Chief director
Basic needs of the company, experienced on customer service and speed of service. Building a positive relationship with the customer while on duty. The best moments I have ever enjoyed at Spur. When regular customers give me a great wonderful compliments. Head office compliments. Challeges that I have met during my shift, when customers giving you a hard time such as changing their orders unexpected. shouting you infront of other customers. What I have learnt is that the customer is always right. Never argue with the customer. And working as a team. Always wear your smile that shows a good sense of humor. It has always been fun working with my co-workers, everyone would mantion his or hers experienced per day and we would laugh about it. It was my biggest moments when I got promoted as a chief director, Head waiter.

I love working I teams and keeeping people happy My job is my number one priority in life I do my best in what i do All is important to me no job is to small or to big for me I am always on time and organized very well
