The need of a new job

The Spur company I'm working for is a great company indeed. It runs very well and smoothly but the salaries are not satisfying at all despite all our hard work

Pros: Great opportunity of learning new things I do not know about.
Cons: Long working hours with less pay.

Great learning curve

Fast paced industry. Not for the faint hearted, but definitely fun and exciting. Requires constant interaction with people which is my favourite part, therefore a bond and relationship is necessary with colleagues. Interaction with people requires a certain adaptability which teaches flexibility. However as a waiter you rely on tips and your commission. Not having a salary is a challenge, it gives the edge to push one self. Hours can sometimes be long.

Pros: Great environment to learn about people
Cons: Long working hours and No salary
