Effeciency and dedication

I have been in the banking industry for over 10 years. It is a very challenging industry that requires a lot of dedication,accuracy,efficiency and attentiveness. Every day is different.Working as a team is what builds a good relationship with our clients and helps produce quality service to our clients. I love my job because it keeps me awake and focused hence without those 2 my company and clients are at risk. I have learned to be patient, hard working,dedicated and efficient at in this industry. I have realised skills I did not know I had because of the kind of pressure I work under. I am looking forward to hearing from you

Great organization to work for

Great bank to work for, I believe. You learn a lot if you are ambitious enough. You work very hard for your money. The bank offers staff rate, contribute 50 percent towards your medical aid and als get 2 times bonus per year depending on one's performance.

Pros: Good salary packs
Cons: Long working hours especially on month ends

Wealth of experience, great learning enviroment

enjoy interacting with customers and making their banking experience a pleasant one. Most challenging aspect it when people are not honest with themselves regarding their performance

Career growth

Great environment, friendly people and nice office space. Work 8 hours a day Monday to Friday. I get along with most of my colleagues. I jave acquired a lot of skills and continue to learn something new every single day. I enjoy the work environment, themprojects I work on and working with the people in my team. Meeting all the stakeholders expectations.

Learning curve

My employer is a very good employer, I enjoy working there. The team is good. I am enjoying the role that I am playing in terms of creating a safe and secured environment for the Bank and its customers,staff members and assets in the Province.

Best customer service

I always tell my self that there is no winner in a losing team so I have to work with my colleagues as a team to achieve one goes. The challenging part in my job Is dealing with angry customers however along the way I have learnt to treat the same customers with respect and acknowledge that they paying my income and deliver best serves . After a typical day at work I ensure that what ever happened at work stays at work . I do not let my work problems interfere in my personal life . What I enjoy most is when I serve my client and I can see that I have made a difference in their banking life and when I get those nice compliments from my clients that what keeps me going each day . Just to see those smilles in their faces. My relationship with my core workers is wonderful as we always embrace team work and I always say that there is no winner in a losing team . So must wark together and enjoy it as we spend more then eight hours together so must enjoy each other company.

Well Experienced

Making a minimum of 5 calls every day. This is a way of staying close to our clients and to ensure we meet all their banking needs before they even ask for them. At least one visit per day to client premises. This is also a service call as it is important to see how our clients run their businesses and activities involved. Once or twice in a week, I do Local Market Management by visiting businesses in the area that are not banking with us to present our value proposition and compile a list of prospective clients. Holding pre-application interviews with client when they apply for facilities. Once in a week I would open a business account and the entire process from beginning to finish takes a maximum of 1:30 hours. I have learnt to engage with clients in Economic and Financial matters. I have enjoyed seeing customers lives changing for the better from the the recommendations and advise I have given.

Pros: Being awarded a best sales person of the month in June 2016 for successfully giving a business loan of R10,000,000.
Cons: Having to always deal with negative employees , who have no eager to learn new things

Excellent learning curve

My company pays accordjng to the experience gained . Mostly they dont consider the qualificatiin cz I have a degree un Accounting .the experience atat i have on retail is more than 6 years now .now currently study forensic auditing to improve my career . I would love to be a busines consuconsulant.

Creative, punctual and a team player

My primary job responsibilities as a banker involve meeting customers' needs. When a customer approaches the service desk, i help that customer carry out a goal, such as depositing checks into a checking, savings, or investment account. i also advise clients about outstanding loans and accept installment payments. i enjoy working with people the most and solving problems, the most challenging aspects of my job is meeting deadlines and ensuring that customer is always happy
