Excellent staff and customers always friendly. learnt a lot about service and sales.
Working with money and customers was challenging and fun at times. Customers where friendly and helpful staff members treated me like their own family. I enjoyed every moment I spent with the team but now I left because I want to see growth and get something new that is a challenge for me.
Pros: upskilling yourself to move to different departments
Cons: working hours on weekends ATM's

Executive Personal Assistant
I’m working in a challenging environment that requires me to ‘think on my feet’ and prepare well in advance, enjoys setting targets, plans activities and prioritise my work to be able to keep to deadlines. I have solid networks with external and internal stakeholders, service providers and vendors. I think laterally and creatively to identify innovative business support and event management tactics and strategies. I display well-developed written, verbal and telephonic communication skills to handle queries / problems. I am self-assured, enjoy meeting people and creates a good impression in social situations. I like to get every detail right, methodical and organised, precise, accurate, neat and tidy. I enjoy working in teams and by myself. I have a bright outlook, am hopeful and keep my spirits up and am not easily discouraged.
Pros: Great people to work with and is flexible with office hours, I start to work at 8h45 to 15h30. Do not take lunch and make sure my work is up to date. Some days I also work from home.

I have been employed with The Standard Bank for 11 years and have gained valuable experience dealing with the Personal Market segment, especially in customer service, sales, and support matters. I am very enthusiastic and passionate about the banks policies and procedures, and proactively implementing the processes. Being a good communicator and goal orientated assists me in obtaining and maintaining high customer rewards and operating within the banks procedures. My strengths are more along the lines of people management, risk management and excellent customer service. I am currenlty managing a portfolio of +-R1000.00 clients. The most challenging part of the job in most cases is keeping my clients happy, trying retain them in this extremely competitive times we are in. All banks are trying to beat the next in terms of rates, value added services. But we soldier on!!

Willing to learn new ways of things,
On a daily work day depending in which department I'm working I start my day with admin getting all ready before the bank opens. Then assist walk in customers with the enquiries or assist them to the correct departments to the consultant they need to see for the enquiry they have. I've learned most to resolve queries and should be issues that customers have to let them leave. I enjoy working with customers and fellow staff members as a team. Challenges could be when customers needs something done today but it is in another department not in branch level we are restricted on the process to help the customer. We can only follow up to see that the process can be speed it up.
Pros: the face to face working with customers and the enquiries to be done and details to issues.
Cons: Working on Saturdays.

Hard worker
, I have experienced in handling people and can quickly establish relationship, I have proven leadership and ability to communicate with others, in addition, I have an experienced in Administration, Management Finance and Auditing I can manage my time, I am willing to be trained while working. I am aggressive, self- motivated and can work with minimum supervision. Furthermore, I have a positive attitude towards work and with good moral character. I am flexible, Open Minded and very willing to learn, I have good command of the English language and good interpersonal and communication skills. I may encounter difficulties along the way but I can assure you I would be completely honest and trust worthy

In this pressurized environment vast knowledge and efficiency is required
The job provides alot of knowledge with regards to the procedure of cross order payments and exports. it provides the functioning of the SARB. we all function as a team in this department and perform with excellence. it is an environment where i am extremely happy. unfortunately it is a temporary position. the only disadvantage is the salary.

Excellent customer service
I have a National Diploma in Financial Management,I have vast experience in sales,finance/accounting, with more than 4 years of experience in Finance and Admin.I also have verbal and written communication skills, team player ,disciplined ,self motivated , driven and a go getter.I can relate with people in all levels and it has taught me to learn to understand each person character and understand to create a homey and a conjussive working environment because I enjoy working with people of all kind and I always want to keep a happy working space.
Pros: I was so much exposed to so many things which contributed to my growth, I have learnt so much about people and also about the company, and there always a room for growth if you are eager to learn

Good for experience
The reason the vacancy appeals to me is because I have extensive knowledge in financial administration of accounts, excellent communication skills, and good reporting standards accompanied by attention to detail. I have a National Diploma in Financial Accounting (Durban University of Technology: 2005) and I am embarking on a BCompt degree which I am doing via University of South Africa (Incomplete). I can work under pressure, unsupervised and able to effectively manage deadlines.
