Manage staff performance and make sure third-party daily I have to make sure that all weekly targets are met and if not then address the issues immediately vendors are adhering to SLA

Fthe tberdfthe reconciles need to be mathiching at all times and send throughout the reports on timeisthggvftime is the most important aspects in every trade that was suppose to be done

Pros: Making sure that every trade is double checked and approved before going through to the financial markets. Monitoring all the trade
Cons: 12hrs making sure that reports a send on time
