The salary target if yoy don't make a target yiy don't get your salary and the target is impossible 90 people per month and have to look for people they don't give yoy the people .

Learning curve
I am generally regarded as a hardworking person with Excellent academic records and with a wide range of interests and knowledge including web development, telecommunications, network and software development. Possessing good communication skills and an ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels and adapt quickly to new environment.

Excellent learning with trading
The most challengi aspect at work is that you need to persuade clients to buy our product which is to enroll with the school for 3 years..other people cannot afford the course and others are interested but don’t have time to attend classes because of their working schedule.

Dear Hiring Manager, I started my career as a sales consultant in Investor’s Choice, a leading direct marketing company who sell and promote software education material to invest directly onto the JSE. My desire to transition to the sales industry led me to join Stock Market College and Lakewood Asset Management a local and international companies with whom I have now been associated with for the past four years. During my tenure as Sales Consultant and Sales Manager, I was able to contribute to the strength of my sales team while forging stronger relationships with our clients. I also supervised several new sales techniques to improve closing strategic. I also won the best Sales Representative of the month and branch for the year award many times due to my dedication, hard work and determination I put in my team and work.

It is a great opportunity working in the stock market college and it has been great experience after coming from a college where I just got certificates and experience but not working wise so the team I work with is a great one and very good in working with people .

Excellent in leadership management skills and reaching the target
Rit was a very great opportunity to get this with this company to work with them cuz I've learnt a lot of things the opportunity is very broad and high learning with them it's it's a very great thing especially when coming to do things on your own and helping you to inform you listening to watch it's in your mind and what you want to be on a table to be brought it was a very great opportunity and learning on how to do things on your own and approaching the customer and resolving all the problems they were giving you the opportunity to do so as a sales executive on yourself before you can pass it to the managers or the seniors because of they want to see the skills and what you're capable worth

We organize our own leads We book our own appointments We don't get any leads,but we where promised leads When we do bring clients,80% of them are rejected
