High growth and learning opportunities. Long working hours but rewarding at the end of the day. The company is continuing to grow. Senior executives can be a bit tough but not overally so, one can easily find a common ground with them. Company still needs to transform its self to reflect more of South Africa's demographics in more senior positions

Poor learning curve
It's a very stressful job as if you don't make an appointment you don't get paid. In a day you must make atleast 4 appointmentso failure to do that you are denied of pay

Good team worker
I have worked very well with my team at Stock Market, we would brainstorm about to come up with strategies to get more customers. I am currently working very well also at City of Capetown, we share ideas and work as a team with one goal to achieve our company Vision. Thank you

A good company to work for however nothing comes easy.
A good company to work for however nothing comes easy because of the different type of personalities you come across on a daily basis and you hardly see your co workers because we're always outside selling the companies services. I've so much and how to keep calm and professional whenever a clients is giving you an attitude because you never know what the client is going through and what I enjoyed most about being a sales representative is that you are not idle or in the same place the entire day.

Excellent learning curve and experience
Day to day meeting with clients.Good working environment. You learn to be more patient. You Meet with different people everyday... sometimes it becomes difficult to get a deal signed due to low income on clients.

The company needs to change its stock trading systems in order to tap into the less educated market. Marketing material updated and also advertise aggressively on most social media platforms

Excellent learning with trading
The most challengi aspect at work is that you need to persuade clients to buy our product which is to enroll with the school for 3 years..other people cannot afford the course and others are interested but don’t have time to attend classes because of their working schedule.

Company is not that exciting to work for
The company sells you dreams , its difficult to geg people to trade because theres alot of people who think that its a scam so its very hard and you just get commission .. we dont get a basic so ots difficult to put food on the table

Excellent in leadership management skills and reaching the target
Rit was a very great opportunity to get this with this company to work with them cuz I've learnt a lot of things the opportunity is very broad and high learning with them it's it's a very great thing especially when coming to do things on your own and helping you to inform you listening to watch it's in your mind and what you want to be on a table to be brought it was a very great opportunity and learning on how to do things on your own and approaching the customer and resolving all the problems they were giving you the opportunity to do so as a sales executive on yourself before you can pass it to the managers or the seniors because of they want to see the skills and what you're capable worth
