Helped me to deal with clients and to sell a product, the pay wasn’t ideal at all
Over worked and under payed The culture is average and no room for promotion Not much training or management You are required to work every Saturday and get paid bare minimal. No formal structure at all

Good experience
I learnt a lot of things, how to work under pressure,meeting new people everyday different personalities....I'm now a good team player...I enjoy learning new things exploring my talent and showcasing my skills.my most challenging aspect is I concentrate on one thing at a time.

Motivational
It is a company that allows you to grow individual also learn a lot at same.Management team are very encouraging in team and doing the best we can.The challenge we face is traveling issues and expenses and client not pitching for meeting or client doesn't sign the deal.

Excellent learning curve about financial markets. Economic growth and development in our country.
Working at stock market college is a great advantage of learning about the educational learning program,that helps people to gain knowledge and skills on financial markets. And to improve an economic growth. Offer a good investment and better benefits(commission is paid). Technically expertise are meaningfully to review, Stronger management,team work,collaboration and innovation,human skills is gained and clear concise is there. Opportunity to travel ,speaking and meeting other people. Helping your members in the team and Disadvantages: Unresponsive clients,travelling to meet up with clients. Lack of resources,short training.

stock market college is a company that you can work the environment is friendly and their people are polite. i good relationship with my co works we even have a what-app group as work .i have learn to become a team member.

High growth
High growth and learning opportunities. Long working hours but rewarding at the end of the day. The company is continuing to grow. Senior executives can be a bit tough but not overally so, one can easily find a common ground with them. Company still needs to transform its self to reflect more of South Africa's demographics in more senior positions

A good company to work for however nothing comes easy.
A good company to work for however nothing comes easy because of the different type of personalities you come across on a daily basis and you hardly see your co workers because we're always outside selling the companies services. I've so much and how to keep calm and professional whenever a clients is giving you an attitude because you never know what the client is going through and what I enjoyed most about being a sales representative is that you are not idle or in the same place the entire day.
